Betty D. Baker, 77, of Richmond, a former resident of Lancaster, passed away Sunday morning, March 12, 2017, at Baptist Health-Richmond.
Betty was born on November 9, 1939, in Garrard County, the daughter of the late Mills and Bernice Huffman Black. She was a homemaker and was the widow of Arlus Baker.
Survivors include: her son, Michael D. Black; two sisters, Frances Dishon and Wilma Middleton; as well as several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Buster Black, and two sisters, Dorothy Gibson and Louise Bolton.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 15, 2017, at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Baker Cemetery.
Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday morning at the funeral home.
Pallbearers are Keith Middleton, Kevin Middleton, Troy Dishon, Bruce Middleton, Benny Baker and Joe Warren.
