Billa Francis Coy

Billa Francis Jarrell Coy, 88 of Richmond, passed away Thursday, February 7, 2019 at the Hospice Compassionate Care Center of Richmond. She was born April 17, 1930, in Floyd County, Kentucky, to Paul Francis and Rebecca Beryl Turner Jarrell, both of whom preceded her in death.
Billa was a sales representative for and owner of C K Associates, and a member of the First Church of Christ (Disciples of Christ) of Richmond. She enjoyed golfing and was an avid bridge player.
Billa was the wife of Ray Austin Coy of Richmond. Other survivors include one daughter, Paula Catherine Taylor of West Palm Beach, Florida and one son, Jarrell "Jerry" Ray Coy of Lexington, Kentucky; grandchildren, William Brandon Taylor, Whitney Nicole Taylor, and Jared Ray Coy, as well as one great-granddaughter, Rayna Lindsay Coy.
Memorial service for Billa will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, February 13, 2019, at Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home with Mark Condrey and Glenn Birkett officiating. Visitation will be from 6 - 8 PM on Tuesday, February 12, 2019.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested the Hospice Compassionate Care Center, 350 Isaacs Lane, Richmond, KY 40475.
