Donald Edward "Donnie" Marcum, 45, passed away Sunday evening, November 27, 2016, at the Hospice Compassionate Care Center.
Donnie was born on January 11, 1971, in Madison County. He was a Graduate of Madison Southern High School and was master tile layer.
Survivors include: his wife, Taunya Lynn Taylor Marcum; daughter, Addisyn Rae Marcum, step-daughter, Shelby Marie Dezarn, and step-son, Derek Swords; his mother, Betty Cain, and step-mother, Elizabeth Marcum; brothers, Michael Gene Marcum (Amy), David Land (Denise) and Randy Hutchins; sisters, Nikki Kirunchyk (Derek), Alan McAninch and Lesa Hudson (Jeff); his in-laws, Donna and Kenneth Reed and William and Tammy Taylor, as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ealden "Cobb" Marcum, and a brother and his family Keenan, Misty, Britany and Dustin Cain.
Funeral service noon Wednesday, November 29, 2016, at The Richmond House of Prayer, 330 Mule Shed Lane, Richmond, with Rev. Johnny King, Rev. Owen Moody and Rev. William Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in the Richmond Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday evening at the church.
Pallbearers will be: John Pigg, Steve Lucas, Randy Kilby, Winford Hicks, Keith Taylor and Ray Anglin.
Honorary Pallbearers will be: Blake Davis, Jeff Stevens, Bobby Begley, Bryan McIntosh, John Massey and Jerry Henderson.
The Combs, Parsons and Collins Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
