Jolly Hafley, 90, of Richmond, passed away on Monday, March 6, 2017, at the Richmond Health & Rehab - Madison.
She was born in the community of Spears in Fayette County on March 30, 1927. She was very active in church and attended the Irvine View Holiness Church.
Mrs. Hafley is survived by: her sons, William Hafley (Freda) and Gary Hafley; her granddaughter, Jennifer Baker (Brian); two great-grandchildren, Benning and Josephine Baker; three nieces, Angelia, Maria and Abbey; as well as many other extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by: her mother, Abby Gail Cain Young; her father, Andrew Borden; her daughter, Leslie Gail Hafley; and one sister, Brenda Morgan.
Funeral service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Friday, March 10, 2017, at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home, with Pastor Vivian Reynolds, of the River Hill Holiness Church, officiating. Burial will follow at the Combs-Gentry Cemetery in Jackson County.
Visitation will be after 11 a.m. Friday, at the funeral home.
