Kenneth Harold Leslie, 86, of Richmond, passed away Saturday, September 16, 2017 at the VA Medical Center in Lexington.
He was born, July 22, 1931 in Warrick County, Indiana, to Otto and Reatis Mae Bruner Leslie, both of whom preceded him in death. Kenneth was a retired plant superintendent for Uncle Charlie's Meats, Inc. in Illinois and in Richmond, KY. He was of the Baptist faith and an Army veteran of the Korean War.
Survivors include one daughter, Connie Sue Cole (Kenneth) of Richmond: two brothers, Marvin Edward Leslie, Marion Edward Leslie both of Indiana; five grandchildren, several great and great-great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Betty Lou and Ruby Lois; and three brothers, Charles Allen, James Logan, Roy Everett and Jerald Ray Leslie.
Funeral service for Kenneth Leslie will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home with Rev. Joe Crow officiating. Visitation will be from 6 - 8 PM Monday at the funeral home.
