Morris Ballard Jr., 48, the husband of Jeana Ballard, passed away Sunday evening, October 30, 2016.
He was born on May 8, 1968, in Richmond, the son of the late Morris and Mary Esther Lutes Ballard. Morris was an employee of Enersys Corporation in Richmond. His passion was working on four-wheel drive trucks, and always loved a challenge. He dearly loved his family especially his wife and two wonderful daughters.
Survivors include: his wife, Jeana Webb Ballard; two daughters, Kelli Nicole Ballard and Karistin Paige Ballard; his mother and father-in-law, Billy and Penny Tribble Webb; two uncles, Mickey Lutes (Ann) and James Ballard (Diane); three aunts, Geneva "Jill" Ballard, Eula Mefford (Sonny) and Joyce Lakes; a sister-in-law, Sonya Tevis (Jeff); two nephews, Bradley and Brandon Tevis as well as several cousins, other relatives and friends.
Funeral service 11 a.m. Friday, November 4, 2016, at The Waco Baptist Church, 3646 Irvine Road with Rev. William Meece officiating. Burial will follow in the Richmond Cemetery.
Friends may call from 3-8 p.m. Thursday at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home, 328 West Main Street.
Pallbearers will be: Bradley Tevis, Brandon Tevis, Alex Held, Jordan Bennett, Chris Mize, Terry Napier, Mickey Lutes and Dave Gerrein.
