O'Della Hall Flanagan, 92, of Richmond, passed away on Thursday evening, December 21, 2017, at the Baptist Health Hospital - Richmond.
She was born on September 21, 1925 in Madison County to the late William G. and Anna Sparks Hall. She was a homemaker and a member of the Pentecostal Faith.
Survivors include: her children, John E. Kelley, Lonnie R. Kelley, Peggy A. Barnes, and Connie French Laws (Marlin); 8 grandchildren, including two special granddaughters, Sherri Portwood and Shawna Smith; 10 great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; as well as a host of extended family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Edgar Kelley and Jack Flanagan; one son, Jack Flanagan, Jr.; three brothers, Albert, Raymond and John W. Hall.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 11 AM Wednesday, December 27 at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home with Bro. Owen Moody officiating. Burial will follow in the Richmond Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5-9 PM on Tuesday, at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be: Sean Buckler, Matt Buckler, Marlin Laws, Tommy Buckler, Lonnie Kelley, Jr., and David Flanagan III.
