Ray Kaylor, 92, of Waco, passed away Monday, March 12, 2018 at the Hospice Compassionate Care Center of Richmond.

Born in Madison County on December 16, 1925, he was the son of Herbert and Bessie Elizabeth (Webb) Kaylor, both of whom preceded him in death. He was a retired farmer who enjoyed his many years of farming, as well as hunting and fishing. Mr. Kaylor was as member of Bybee United Methodist Church and was an Army veteran.

Survivors include his loving wife, Stella Mae (Riley) Kaylor of Waco; one brother, Lloyd Kaylor and three sisters, Dorothy Childers, Jessie Richardson, and Juanita Kaylor, all of Waco, and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Johnny and Parker Kaylor, and one sister, Sallie Evans.

Funeral service for Mr. Kaylor will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, March 15, 2018, at Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home with Bro. Aaron Batey officiating. Burial will follow in Flatwoods Cemetery in Waco.

Visitation will be from 5 8 PM Wednesday at Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Tommy Jones, Rondall Renfro, Pete Cain, Jimmy Kaylor, Kenny Sewell and David Kaylor. Honorary pallbearers will be Jerry Spicer, Adrianne Morris, Barbara Tate, Kathy Jones and Anna Adkins.
