William Allen "Will" Burns, 30, of Richmond, passed away Friday, January 20, 2017, at Baptist Health Richmond.
Will was born in Madison County on October 25, 1986. He had worked with his father, Hershel Burns, in their family business, Burns Heating and Air. After his father's death, he had continued in the same trade.
He is survived by: his fiancée, Latasha Spires; his mother, Diana Riley Burns (Jay Chanley); one son, Colson Mattingly; three daughters, Courtney Burns, Kaitlyn Burns and Sophia Burns; three brothers, Gary Pingleton (Hannah), Hershel G. Burns and Virgil D. Burns (Stephanie Parke); four sisters, Teresa Burns, Dora Burns (James Harris), Paige Burns and Denise Conner (Roy), his maternal grandparents, Tom and Ruby Evans Riley; and many uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces and cousins.
Will was preceded in death by his father, his brother, Perry Pingleton; two sisters, Rebecca Pingleton and Regina Allen; his paternal grandparents, William and Dora Coyle Burns; and his nephew, Devon Stanley Burns.
Funeral service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, January 26, 2017, at Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home with Bro. Jerry Holland officiating. Burial will follow in the Richmond Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Will's brothers, as well as, Michael Riley, Brent Christian, Josh Seacrest, Brandon Spires and Brandon Linville. www.cpcfh.com
