Ann Stanley Marcum Hill, 88, of Richmond, passed away Monday, December 19, 2016, at her home.
Born December 30, 1927, in Manchester, Kentucky, she was the daughter of Frank W. and Mabel Baker Marcum, both of whom preceded her in death. She was the widow of Jesse B. Hill and a retired Circuit Court Clerk for Clay County. Ann was a member of the Manchester United Methodist Church and regularly attended St. Mark Catholic Church of Richmond.
In addition to her parents and husband, Jesse, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Harriett Hill. Survivors include: three daughters, Ann Russell Hill of Richmond, Jessica H. Myers (Michael) of Lexington and Emmalee Hill Hoover (Doug) of Cincinnati, Ohio; one sister, Lillian Marcum Rachelson of Plantation, Florida; and one grandchild, Stewart R. Parker (Silke Sterling).
The funeral service for Ann will be 11 a.m. Thursday, December 22, 2016, at St. Mark Catholic Church with Fr. Tom Farrell officiating. Burial will follow at Manchester Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday and after 10 a.m. Thursday at the church.
Pallbearers will be John Baker, Daryn Morris, Gino Baker, Carl Joseph Manning, Bill Bastin, Donnie Brummett and Morris Manning. Honorary bearers will be Clay M. Bishop, Michael Parker, Tom Thurman, and Frank Donald Mason.
