Jerry Woodson Tudor, 61, husband of Kathy Tudor, passed away Wednesday morning, October 26, 2016.
Jerry was born on July 29, 1955, in Richmond, the son of Gerald Jerome Tudor and the late Patricia Ann "Patsy" Moberly Tudor. He was a retired firefighter with the Richmond Fire Department and a former volunteer of the Waco Fire Department. He was a member of the Westside Baptist Church in Berea.
Survivors include: his wife, Kathy Short Tudor; his father, Jerome Tudor; four daughters, Erica Tucker (Shane), Ashley Parker (Jonathan), Courtney Tudor and Olivia Tudor, and their mother, Terry Lynn Tudor; six grandchildren; one brother, Doug Tudor (Peggy); two nephews, Patrick Tudor (Heather) and Daniel Short; one niece, Tracy Tudor; one great-nephew, Paul Joseph "P.J." Tudor; two aunts, Donna M. Masters (Frenus Jr.) and Martha "Tootie" Short; one uncle, Tommy Moberly (Beverly); three brothers-in-law, Michael Short and family, Danny Mason Short and family and Danny Agee; a special friend and caregiver, Georgia Fullilove; as well as several cousins and many friends. He will also be missed by his four caring and loving canine companions.
Funeral service will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday, October 29, 2016, at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home with Rev. Allen Livingood and Rev. Fred Livingood officiating.
Visitation will begin at 12 Noon Saturday.
Honorary pallbearers will be past and present Firefighters and staff of the Richmond Fire Department.
