Kenneth's Story

Kenneth "Kenny" Bruce Huntzinger, 51, husband of Susan Marcum Huntzinger, died on Thursday, February 16, 2017, in Lexington, Kentucky at the University of Kentucky Medical Center.
Born on May 26, 1965, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to Barbara Huntzinger and the late Bruce Melvin Huntzinger. Kenny worked in manufacturing as a Production Supervisor. Kenny was a great husband, father, brother and son. He loved playing golf and supporting his sons in their events. Kenny was a trusted friend that was always willing to help!
Kenny is survived by his wife Susan of 28 years, survivors include: two sons, Brandon Bruce Huntzinger and Ryan Blake Huntzinger both of Richmond; his mother, Barbara Huntzinger; three brothers, Kevin Huntzinger (Renee), Billy Huntzinger (Jean) and Rob Huntzinger (Cari), all of Richmond; numerous nieces and nephews; and special friends, Lloyd Rhodus, Cindi Hazelwood, Eddie McIntosh, Blaise David, Jack Scriber, Phillip Martin, Greg Land and Steve Cecil.
Funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday, February, 21, 2017, at 11 a.m. at the Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home with Dr. Virgil Grant officiating the services. Burial will follow at the Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 4 p.m. Monday at Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Eddie McIntosh, Blaise David, Jack Scriber, Lloyd Rhodus, Greg Land, Shannon Young, Jason White, and Vince Nassida. Honorary pallbearers will be Kevin, Billy and Rob Huntzinger, Phillip Martin, Steve Thomas, Steve Cecil, David Johns and Tom Waterbury.
