Marvin C. Agee, 80, of Waco, passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2017, at the Compassionate Care Center.
He was born on Sunday, June 27, 1937, in Madison County, the son of the late Coy and Mildred Cunliffe Agee. He was a retired employee of Old Town Liquor Shop and a Veteran of the U. S. Navy. He was a member of Liberty Chapel and enjoyed pitching horseshoes, fishing and playing pool.
Survivors include: his wife, Emma Jo Winkler Agee; his sons, Vincent Agee (Janet), Frankie Agee (Lou Lewis), Timothy Agee and Justin Agee; his daughter, Tina Agee; one brother, Harold Agee (Yvonne); one sister, Helen Hacker; 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; his dog, Gizmo; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, Floyd Agee, Donald Agee and Franklin D. Agee.
Funeral service will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 22, 2017, at Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home with Rev. Tommy Masters officiating. Burial will follow in the Madison Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 5-9 p.m. Friday at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home.
