Richmond, Kentucky - Brenda Lee (Agee) Bullins-Bogie, 68, of Richmond, passed away on April 17, 2026.

Brenda was born in Richmond, Kentucky on April 2, 1958, to the late Sherman W. and Edith L. (Clines) Agee. She was a former employee of Pattie A. Clay Hospital, Eastern Kentucky University, and Madison County Utilities. She most recently had served as an in-home caregiver.

Brenda always enjoyed a great-tasting dessert, spending quality time with her family and friends, fishing, and traveling to Florida.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brother, William Lowery, as well as her first husband, Steve Bullins (married 1978-2003).

Brenda is survived by her husband, Dwayne Bogie (married 2007); one son, Chris Bullins; one stepson, Travis (Emily) Bogie; one sister, Fonda Smith (Bill); one brother, Sherman Agee, Jr. (Sadie); and one granddaughter, Eleanor Grace Bogie.

She is also survived by two sisters-in-law, Nancy Bogie Kenner (Mark), and Betty Bogie Parke (Keith); two brothers-in-law, Cecil Bullins (Bobetta) and George Bogie (Kim); a host of nieces, nephews and extended family and friends; and her beloved dogs, Sherman and Wally.

Visitation will be from 5:00 - 9:00 PM on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, April 24, 2026 at Oldham, Roberts & Powell with George Smith and Mark Pearson officiating. Burial will follow in the Richmond Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: Johnny Clines, Clay Clines, Ben Sowers, CJ Alcindor, Mark Kenner, Keith Parke.

Honorary Pallbearers will be: Matthew Sowers, Sarah Alcindor, Kathy Short Tudor, Kim Clines, Smith, Paula Clines Alcorn, and Sondra Clines Brandenburg.
