Richmond, Kentucky - Lewis Allen Corum, 67, passed away on the morning of Thursday, March 19, 2026, peacefully in his home in Richmond, Kentucky. Lewis Allen was born on November 11, 1958 to the late Dan Lewis Corum and Maudie Holland in Winchester, Kentucky. He loved deer hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors. He was preceded in death by his wife that he loved with everything, Cheryl Corum, as well as his parents Dan Lewis Corum and Maudie Holland, his step-father Harold Holland. He is survived by his daughter Cassiopeia Manci (Jeremy), his grandchildren Lewis, Reagan, and Riley Manci. His sisters Pam Clark (Randy), Kathy Blattner (Josh), Tim Holland (Beth), Mark Holland (Lynn), Miriam Crouch, Laura Wathen (Jim), Randy Holland, and many, many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Durbin Memorial Church in Lexington, Kentucky on April 11, 2026 at 1 pm, with a celebration of life following, lead by his nephew Joshua Holland.
