Wiley D. "Neff" Smith, 54, passed away Monday, February 4, 2019 at the UK Bluegrass Hospice Center.

Wiley was born on March 10, 1964 in Richmond, and was the son of Harold J. and Adra "Edna" Mae Gross Smith, both of whom preceded him in death. He was a retired heavy equipment operator for the Madison County Road Department, and was of the Pentecostal faith. He loved riding Harley- Davidson motorcycles. He was an awesome husband, and a wonderful daddy, papaw, and brother.

Survivors include: his wife, Rosie Cutlip Smith; two daughters, Teresa G. Stacy (Steve), of San Antonio, Texas, and Adra Rose Hiatt, of Jackson Co., Kentucky; three grandchildren, Abagail Hiatt, Ava Stacy, and Addysen Medlock; one sister, Ruby Young (Tony), of Paint Lick, Kentucky; three nephews, Matthew Brandenburg, Christopher Young, and Eric Young; one special aunt, Mimi Farthing; and numerous other aunts and uncles.

Funeral Services for Wiley Smith will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 9, 2019 at Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home with Bro. Gary Northern and Bro. David King officiating. Burial will follow in the Richmond Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Friday, February 8, 2019 at Oldham, Roberts & Powell.

Pallbearers will be Danny Hammonds, Randy Ellington, Rick Flynn, Donny Williams, Blake Goolman, and Justin Stacy. Honorary bearers will be Steve Stacy, Carlos Kelly, Paul "Sandy" Farthing, Wade "Pap" Hewitt, Mel Goolman, Chad Goolman, Stewart Goolman, Christopher Young, and Matthew Brandenburg.
